The home has zero steps from the living areas to the outside as well as the garage. The hallways would accommodate a wheelchair. The Master Bath has a walk in shower with sloping tile floor for drainage. Lots of lighting has been incorporated to accent the art work and task work spaces. Lots of color is used to produce warmth and calm. Clutter is held to a minimum.

The kitchen backsplash tile has a veining pattern running through it as well as a curved hood which relaxes the space. Curves help define the kitchen.

Adding shelves for books and entertaining utilizes the space borrowing views from the 10' windows and provides a cozy place to relax or entertain friends. The furniture & flooring colors we selected were taupes and chocolate brown. Personal artwork is featured along with applegreen and terracotta accessories.

Let me show you how to accent the accessories and furniture you want to keep. I can also connect the inside with the outside landscape, or together we can create drama and excitement. These can all be done with color. Color creates a mood and can unite the room in the atmosphere you so desire.

The Ann Sacks stainless tile add drama and excitement. Fir cabinetry was used for the cabinets. Under lighting on the cabinets highlight the tiny stainless Ann Sacks backsplash. Entertaining friends and family in the evening is especially rewarding.

I also am a source for trades people such as contractors, painters, wallpaper hangers, vinyl, tile and drapery installers. Here's where my design experience and knowledge can make a difference.

Using scale, illusion and imagination, this room has views of the Space Needle and landscape across the street. It's a sophisticated space. Each section of window has a separate sheer panel which is manually controlled by a wand. The home owner wants access to the patio door and windows. The chairs are slipcovered in cotton for easy care.

The Timberwood wood blinds connect the interior with the exterior. This space is serene and relaxing for working out of the home. The Timberwood blinds have tape matching the wall color. Tangerine accessories highlight the home office.

I can save you time and money by using my resources to complete your project.
