Design Tips

Trends in furniture are metal with wood. For a more traditional look, there is a mahogany with metal drawer pulls. For contemporary, there is brushed metal with a wood top in a dining room table.
Patterned pillows and curtains are big now. Lots and lots of color.
In chandeliers, too big is never good. It should be high enough that it isn't distracting when you sit down.

BIOGRAPHY

She has been in business since 1991. While living in Seattle she was on the board of the Northwest Society of Interior Designers. She currently attends seminars at the Seattle Design Center to keep current on the design industry. She was a Studio Designer at the Design Center. Her work has been featured in the Skagit Valley Herald Home Accent magazine.
